I make the cake part of the pop in a lot of different flavors. They include chocolate, french vanilla, strawberry, lemon, butter pecan, cherry chip, and red velvet. The list continues to grow as I experiment with other flavors, although good old chocolate is still, hands down, my favorite!
The coating of the pop is usually vanilla flavored, but I dip them in chocolate (milk, dark, and mint) as well! The vanilla flavored can be any color such as red, blue, yellow, pink, orange, green, white or purple.
Basic designs of the pops are simply dipped, sprinkled, sugar sanded, and/or lined. The more intricate designs such as the Kitties and the “Under the Sea” pops are more time consuming but are so cute and fun to make!
